The Guest Quarters has fantastic ocean view with a large deck with a porch swing itis in a prime location in Oceanside with a short 5-minute walk to the beach, restaurants and coffee shops. There are hardwood floors throughout the house. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is an outdoor gas grill. The guest quarters is located on the lowest level of the main house. It is accessed by an outdoor stairway. The units can be rented together or separately, each has its own private entrance. This beautiful beach house works great for family gatherings or a romantic getaway.
